About FOT (Forced Oscillometry Technique)

A noninvasive technique for measuring respiratory mechanics is called the forced oscillation technique (FOT). FOT has the benefit over traditional lung function tests in that it does not necessitate performing respiratory manoeuvres since it uses small-amplitude pressure oscillations superimposed on normal breathing.
